Our Background
Victor and Mindy’s story is an American classic, like apple pie or fireworks on the 4th of July. Driven from their homeland by the turmoil of the second half of the 20th century, they arrived in Philadelphia from Vietnam, seeking peace and prosperity for themselves and their family. From their homeland they carried with them a rich culinary tradition that has delighted both native and immigrant communities in the Atlantic City, NJ area for almost a decade before they relocated to Florida in 2024.
